General Returns...
Upon receiving the item, the customer will have up-to 30 days to initiate a return. Returns initiated after this time-frame will be declined. A refund of the item price will be credited to the customer once the item is received and inspected. (Note: This process may take up-to three business days.)
To qualify for a general return, the item(s) returned must:

Free of scratches and other defects

In the original box, with packaging

Must NOT be missing pieces

Must NOT have been installed or used
The customer will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee.
