The shipping cost that is charged to your account is based on the zip code you provided us upon ordering your item(s). The shipping cost is automatically calculated. If you would like to receive your order earlier than the estimated time indicated, please notify our sales/design specialist upon ordering your items. Any additional charges will be applied to the same payment method you used upon purchase.

Delivery...

Delivery times may differ depending on shipping method or receiving location. Delays may be expected due to weather or other factors. Furthermore, some items may require signature upon arrival. If the carrier notes that there is no one home, you may need to visit your local postal service office to pickup the item. Above all, please be patient.
